Pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, TSB Bank Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that, pursuant to an order of the Rotorua High Court dated 12 August 2013, it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from
31 May 2013.
The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple in the property situated at 57-77 Wahanga-A-Rangi Crescent, Eastgate Industrial Park, Rotorua, being the land more particularly described as Lot 12, DP 311389, certificate of title 44963, South Auckland Land Registry.
