On 16 May 2013, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue
of memorandum of mortgage 8311980.2 (Otago Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at 84 Morris Road, Wanaka, being the property comprised and described in certificate of title 85473.
