Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 18 February 2013.
