This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 September 2013, an application for putting CRUST STORES NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-4185. The application is to
be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday
25 October 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs' address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Kevin Morton Harvey, Thomas Leslie Harvey, Nancy Louise King and Rennie Cox Trustees No. 3 Limited (as trustees of the ZL Harvey Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Rennie Cox, Solicitors, Level 15, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
