1. On 15 February 2013, an application for putting INSPIRATION HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-822. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 2 August 2013 at 10.45am.
