1. On 23 November 2012, an application for putting RAY’S GYM LIMITED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-7062. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 31 January 2013 at 10.45am.
