This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 November 2012, an application for putting AYLESBURY DEVELOPMENTS COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High
Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is
CIV-2012-409-2606. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday 29 January 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is DP Hahn Contracting Limited, whose address for service is care of Anthony Harper, Level 9, HSBC Tower, 62 Worcester Boulevard (PO Box 2646), Christchurch. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Crispin Ross Vinnell, of Anthony Harper, whose address is as noted above.
