This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 March 2013, an application for putting MATARIKI WINES LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2013-485-323. The application is to
be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday
22 April 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Cooperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A., whose address for service is
care of JTLAW, Level 8, 38-42 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Justin Toebes, whose address is as noted above.
