Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 4 November 2013 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SEEK, KNOTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
