Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 24(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Lee Kerr, insolvency specialist, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by way of special shareholder resolutions on 8 October 2013 at 10.21am.
The liquidator has fixed 1 November 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
