Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 June 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MILLARD FARMS LIMITED be voluntarily liquidated and that Aaron Allred, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 June 2013.
