Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Huntsbry Midgley, chartered accountant of Midgley Partners, was appointed liquidator of PORTOLA PACKAGING (ANZ) LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2013.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 3 July 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
