Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 April 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that PORANA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Manisha Kesha, director of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2013.
