Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts and a copy of each resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidations commenced on 20 December 2012 at 4.00pm.
The undersigned do hereby fix the 24 January 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
