Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 May 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Reneke van Soest in respect of New Plymouth Montessori Assn 2 (50524), situated at 75-81 Dorset Avenue, New Plymouth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
