Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Dunedin in respect of any pupil at the following schools shall be a maximum of $390.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for years 0-8 and a maximum of $775.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for years 9-13:
