Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Diane Bradshaw
in respect of Bear Park Preschool Mairangi Bay (10253), situated at 18 Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
