Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 July 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Falguni Bhausari in respect of Auckland's Best Childcare Centre (Lvl
6-Babies) (45740), situated at 185 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
