Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 January 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Marie-Joelle Gregorius in respect of Happy Days Childcare on Royal (60106), situated at 12-14 Royal Street, Upper Hutt CBD, Upper Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
