Pursuant to section 4 of the Electricity Act 1992, I hereby declare
New Zealand Energy Limited, an electricity distributor
to be an electricity operator for the purpose of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992.
Pursuant to section 4A of the Electricity Act 1992, I further declare
New Zealand Energy Limited, an electricity generator
to be an electricity operator for the purpose of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992.
The business interests in respect of which the declaration pursuant to section 4A is made are confined to all or any of the works described at section 4A(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1992.
