Pursuant to Regulation 4(1) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Vessel Monitoring Systems Circular - Notification of Port of Call issued on 4 February 2011* is hereby revoked.
This revocation takes effect on 13 July 2012.
