In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of a deed of loan and security agreement 617717 dated the 13th day of June 2012
("the security agreement"):
Whereas in the security agreement the debtor has granted
to Avanti Finance Limited ("the secured party") a security interest over certain collateral goods.
The secured party gives notice that on 5 December 2012, the secured party entered into possession of some of the goods, namely:
2005 Kia Pregio 2.7 Light Van, Chassis No. KNCTB241257192153, Registration No. CWP68.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is Level 2, Building B, Avanti Finance Centre, 65 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland.
