General Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it is deemed to be in possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 14 September 2012, being the date that it applied to the High Court at Auckland for orders giving
it vacant possession and such orders being made on
6 November 2012.
The description of the land is the property known as
185 Dangen Road, Peria, RD 2, Kaitaia, and having legal description as an estate in fee simple being certificate of title NA118B/183 (North Auckland Land Registry).
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, Keegan Alexander.
