ASB Bank New Zealand Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it is deemed to be in possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 18 October 2012, being the date that the High Court at Napier made orders giving the mortgagee vacant possession on 27 November 2012.
The description of the land is the property known as
45 Williams Street, Marewa, Napier, and having legal description as an estate in fee simple being certificate of title HBJ2/1070 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry).
