On 30 December 2011, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6831940.2 (South Auckland Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the properties situated at 865, 879 and 880 Hikuai Settlement Road, Pauanui, being the properties comprised and described in certificates of title SA27C/1293 and SA27C/1295.
