2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6385742.1, Identifiers 187604 and 187605 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
Southern Cross Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage") hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 3 March 2012.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property contained and described in certificates of title 187604 and 187605 (Wellington Land Registry), being the property at
5 Strathmore Avenue, Levin.
