Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

I, George Richard Geenty, of Twin City Consultants Limited, Hastings, give notice that in accordance with section 257(1)(a)(ii) of the Companies Act 1993:
1. All known assets have been disclaimed, or realised, or distributed without realisation;
2. All proceeds of realisation have been distributed; and
3. The company is ready to be removed from the
New Zealand Register.
I am not aware of any grounds on which a shareholder or creditor would object to the removal, in terms of section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and all documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been delivered to the Registrar for registration.
The last date for objections to the company’s removal is
30 March 2012 (being a day not less than 20 working days from the date of notification).
