This document notifies you that:
1. On 28 September 2012, an application for putting
NZ OCEAN FOODS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2012-470-790. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Tauranga on 9 November 2012 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
