This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 September 2012, an application for putting ARTSOUTH LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2012-425-517. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Invercargill on 7 November 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
