This document notifies you that:
1. On 28 September 2012, an application for putting SUPERB HOLDINGS LIMITED (formerly NZ ACCOUNTING GROUP LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2012-419-1351. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 12 November 2012 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
