This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 January 2012, an application for putting FIRST EDITION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2012-485-13. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Wellington on 20 February 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Allens Stationery Centre Limited (trading as The Colour Guy), whose address for service is at the offices of Johnston Lawrence Limited, Lawyers, Level 5, Deloitte House, 10 Brandon Street, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Lisa McKeown, whose address is as noted above.
