This document notifies you that:
1. On Wednesday 30 May 2012, an application for
putting AUCKPAC HEALTH TRUST BOARD into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-3061. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 19 July 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust board, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
