1. On 20 February 2012, an application for putting SHED 21 INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-814. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 30 March 2012 at 10.45am.
