In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 12 November 2012 which will come into force on 15 December 2012:
Part 1-Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 46 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)
Part 105-Parachuting - Operating Rules, Amendment 6 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)
Part 115-Adventure Aviation - Certification and Operations, Amendment 1 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Asteron Centre,
