Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 November 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KERIKERI LAUNDRY SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and
that Alison Margaret Lemon, accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 November 2012.
