Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of WHK, was appointed liquidator of KAIORA LAND CO LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 27 September 2012 at 4.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Tuesday 23 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
