Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 January 2012 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SEAVIEW (2005) LIMITED be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott, of HSW Limited, Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 January 2012 at 10.00am.
