On 22 June 2012 at 10.09am, the High Court at Auckland
ordered that RETAIL DISTRIBUTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Mike Fisher and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 27 July 2012.
