Notice is hereby given that on 21 June 2012, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce, of RES Corporate Services Limited, was appointed liquidator of STYLISH LIMITED by order of the High Court at Tauranga.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 26 July
2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
