Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GULF ESTATES CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High
Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 27 April 2012 at 11.04am.
We fix 30 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
