Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RUSSLEY ENGINEERING LIMITED by way of special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 April 2012 at 10.00am.
We fix 24 May 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
