Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of RICCARTON CLUB INCORPORATED (in liquidation) commenced on 25 March 2012 at 10.28am, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1993, by passing of a resolution appointing
a liquidator at a general meeting of members and that resolution being confirmed at a subsequent general meeting of members called for that purpose.
The liquidation of an incorporated society is conducted under the provisions of Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993 as if the society were a company.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns
to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 April 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
