Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of
the above-named company will be held at NZICA, Level 7, Tower Building, 50 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on
9 May 2011 at 11.00am.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to apply to the Court to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidation committee, if thought fit.*
4. To receive the views of creditors.

The liquidators are authorised to count postal votes.
*In accordance with section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are advised that at any time in the course of the liquidation the liquidators shall, at the request in writing of any creditor or member, call a meeting for the purpose of appointing a liquidation committee.
