Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, by reason of errors made in the following notices, revokes the said notices:
Amendment to a Notice-Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice, dated
the 27th day of April 2010 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 2010, No. 52, page 1464;
Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice, dated the 23rd day of March 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 2004, No. 33, page 759;
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, dated
the 3rd day of December 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 2004, No. 11, page 277; and
Classification of Reserves, dated the 10th day of June 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
14 July 1983, No. 101, page 2175.
