Pursuant to sections 338(1) and (3) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule below is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of
the members of Ngati Kahu, Ngati Tahuora hapu of the Ngaiterangi Tribe.
