Recommendation to Amend the Beneficiaries of a Maori Reservation

On the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set
apart as a Maori reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 1975, No. 98, page 2447.
Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori
Act 1993, the said reservation is known as Karioi Urupa
and its purpose is amended to be a burial ground for the descendants of the original owners.
