Redefining the Purpose and Persons or Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit the Maori Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori
Act 1993, the purpose of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, set apart as a Maori reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 June 1977, No. 64, page 1616, is hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a marae, church site and burial ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Ngati Rangiwhakaturia and Taitapu hapu.
