Redefining the Purpose and Persons or Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit the Maori Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose of the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 March 1960, No. 22, page 411, is hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Ahiwaru tribe and related subtribes to be known as Puketapapa.
