Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 September 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Anita Swindlehurst in respect of ABC Rotorua Central Rua (40062), situated at 24 Herewini Street, Rotorua Central, Rotorua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
