Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 June 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Rachel Steans in respect of ABC Developmental Learning Centre Springlands Rua (65224), situated at 11 Colemans Road, Springlands, Blenheim.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
